We were testing the waters regarding selling our current home and we asked, what I considered to be a ridiculous amount of money for it just to see what would happen. When we contracted with Deb, she immediately went to work and actually showed up personally and helped us clean the house and get it ready for showings. What realtor do you know that does that? Once it was ready and she listed it, we had a full-price offer within 19 hours. 19 hours! Not only did she sell the house in 19 hours, the deal she negotiated allowed us to stay in the house for an additional 30 days after closing rent-free so we could find another home to go to. Then she helped us find a new property within a matter of days and negotiated a price with the owners before their house ever even went on the market. We are now all moved in and couldn't be happier.
